|Dave Broz is the owner and founder of Railside Citrus Insurance Agency, a boutique independent insurance agency with offices in Naperville and Elburn. An insurance agent since 2003, one of Dave’s areas of expertise is insuring Fire Protection Districts and public entities. He understands that this is a vital service he provides to his clients and strives to understand and meet the unique needs of each emergency response organizations he serves. Dave is active on the board of the 100 Club of Kane County, of which he is one of the founding board members. He also sits on the board of the DuPage County Independent Insurance Agents Association.

James R. Farrell Jr. is the Chief Information Officer of the Village of Bolingbrook (76,000 residents). He has a Master of Science in Information Security, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management, Cybersecurity Strategies for Executives Certification from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also the President of GMIS (Government Management Information Sciences) of Illinois with 115 cities in Illinois as members.
